Do you set a positive tone for your team with every word and deed?This role requires a highly organized and disciplined individual who will work collaboratively across many organizations to strategize and develop synergistic processes and playbook to close sales opportunities.ResponsibilitiesLead team of 10-15 Inside Sales Development Sales Reps (Inbound and/or Outbound)Drive revenue growth by managing key initiatives and sales performance for the inside sales organization through qualified opportunitiesLead the activities of team, including hiring, coaching, developing talent, team culture and performance management in a SaaS, ARR, or MRR revenue environmentBuild and refine sales and reporting processes as part of continuous improvement effortsChart and deliver timely and accurate forecasting and pipeline managementCollaborate with internal Sales Operations and other stakeholders on reporting and analysisCollaborate with Marketing & Channel teams to build and execute campaignsCollaborate with other internal organizations and coordinate internal resources as neededDirect team with corporate goals and use SMART goals to deliver resultsEncourage innovation by exchanging new ideas to improve operation and efficiency within sales and the supporting organizationsEnsure CRM tools and Autodesk methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunitiesIdentify and make recommendations for improvement in sales productivityPossess a deep understanding of Salesforce.com, Excel, and other key customer data and business intelligence toolsRegularly report on team and individual results: pipeline, conversion rates, and quarterly performanceMinimum Qualifications5+ years sales experience in an inside-sales (individual contributor role) with1+ year experience in sales supervisor responsibility in technology salesMust have sales management experience including performance management (people manager)Previous experience using Salesforce.com and proficiency with Salesforce.com advanced reportingExcellent verbal and written communications skills in English (B2 minimum required)Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines were adaptabilityAbility to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasksPrevious experience accurately forecasting and reporting on territory (USA) /account activityAbility to work independently- and also in a structured, disciplined sales environment#LI-POSTAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
