If yes, read on!Become a critical part of building and forming several new Software Engineering Scrum teams joining the Civil Infrastructure Product Line Group. Continue to manage high performing and integrated team members and teams. In this role, you will participate in hiring, building, and forming the new co-located Scrum Teams. After the initial phase, you will be central to our success - a collaborator who bridges business needs and engineering requirements by being responsible for team performance and individual development and grow of your staff. We are looking for a strong leader, communicator with a balance of people management, technical knowledge, and project leadership. You have led agile team(s) in a scaled agile environment. You know how to nurture talent, develop/advocate best practices, foster open communication, and provide guidance and mentoring to effective and high-performing teams to deliver high-quality solutions to their customers. Responsibilities During the initial phase, be an active and critical role in hiring and onboarding your team. Professional development - communicating goals and expectations, fostering a feedback culture, and providing all support needed for development of great engineers. Work with your team to help understand requirements, evaluate new features, help drive technology roadmap decisions. Build collaborative partnerships with platform architects, technical leads and key individuals within other functional organizations. Be an evangelist of Autodesk Culture. Ensure your team is successful in a multi scrum team software engineering product team. Qualifications Experience in leading a team of (software) engineers or related positions. Demonstrated experience in all phases of software development life cycle from analyzing the needs to delivery of working solution. Understanding of Agile principles. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation in English. Master’s (preferred) or Bachelor’s (minimum) degree in Computer Science or related technical field. Experience in managing complex software projects with multiple dependencies is a plus. Cross platform (Windows, OS-X, Linux) software development experience is a plus. Experience in enterprise level product development, delivery and agile practices is a plus.
