Job Requisition ID #23WD68094Position OverviewLead Management & Operations is the bridge between cross functional teams including Marketing, Marketing Operations, Education, Sales, and Sales Operations.  You will work collaboratively our AEX team and other teams across the organization to document processes, automate and optimize the E2E lead flow.  By leveraging data and industry best practices you will support the evolution of the business strategy impacting Lead Management at Autodesk. This is a global role that will be required to collaborate with stakeholders in different time zones.ResponsibilitiesLeveraging best in class technology, drive process optimization and system improvements that will enable an aligned lead flow that will effectively support our educational businessAct as a thought partner to senior leadership to drive strategy around the AEX Lead Management processes and definitions with end-to-end ownership from ideation to goal attainmentOwn the partnership with cross functional teams (Sales, CSO, Marketing, Marketing Operations, Enablement, etc.) to align key business initiatives and influence the roadmapPartner with Demand Generation and Business Operations teams to provide valuable insights into lead management to drive strategic initiatives and data-driven decision makingModel and simulate improvements to existing business processes, walking through ‘what if’ scenarios and dry runs to identify and resolve gaps prior to implementationMinimum QualificationsMust have 8+ years of program management, business analyst or similar experienceHighly proficient in Salesforce.com, Marketo (or similar), Excel, and must be technically savvyExperience with B2E SaaS and multi-product sales is highly preferredAbility to quickly comprehend business requirements, define and manage the tactical plan necessary to meet themAbility to work cross functionally and manage multiple stakeholdersStrong communication & critical thinking skillsExperience working with Marketing & Sales Leaders to support and influence decision making and planningOutcomes-oriented approach to marketing and sales operations and experience being a “connector” across teams and leading a program against KPIs through to completionClick below to learn more about our benefits in the US.https://benefits.autodesk.com/ At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $104,900 and $169,620. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
