Job Requisition ID #23WD67838Position Overview The Sr. Director, Product Management for Enterprise Data Products & Insights is a critical role reporting to the VP, Product Management for Enterprise Systems & Experience (ESE), Autodesk’s Information Technology (IT) organization. The Sr. Director, Product Management (Enterprise Data Products & Insights) will lead the Product Management function responsible for Autodesk’s Enterprise Data Hub (EDH) and curated data products to drive trusted product experiences, programmatic intelligence, analytics & insights across the enterprise in Autodesk’s journey to $10b scale and beyond. A successful candidate will have extensive enterprise data platform & insights experience (including key business domains such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Support & Finance) and demonstrated influence collaborating across organizational boundaries to garner stakeholder buy-in, while driving strategic product roadmaps to land quantifiable business outcomes. This role will define and evangelize an inspirational north star vision based on the latest market trends, user research and discovery, to continuously evolve Autodesk’s enterprise data products and insights capabilities. Location: Anywhere in US (SF Bay Area Preferred)Responsibilities Define, evangelize, and continuously evolve a holistic product vision and strategy for the Data Products & Insights Product Domain, identifying new areas of impact through market and user research, while driving business outcomes across the enterprise through curated data products, programmatic intelligence, and improved analytics & insightsDefine and publish rolling 12-month roadmaps aligning to business goals, while providing product thought leadership to land quantifiable impact throughout executionAttract, scale, and retain a high performing team of Product Managers to land impact across a geographically disperse team of internal partners and stakeholdersPartner with cross-functional product development leads (PM+Eng+UX+PgM+Ops) to define and scale a global operating model with our end customer experience in the forefront of everything we do Define and implement cross-functional roles & responsibilities and processes to define, scale, and promote data standards in partnership with executive stakeholdersMinimum Qualifications 15+ years of relevant experience including 5+ years of experience in product management leadership positions, including creating and driving product roadmaps from conception to launch.Deep domain expertise in enterprise data platforms & insights including cloud data technologies, as well as business domain expertise in Sales, Marketing, Customer Support & Finance Proven track record of landing quantifiable business impact through data platforms, products & insights in partnership cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, product management, engineering, architectureExperience scaling and retaining high functioning product management teamsKnowledge of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and Agile methodologiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experienceClick below to learn more about our benefits in the US.https://benefits.autodesk.com/ At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $204,000 and $330,000. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
