Job Requisition ID #23WD68418Position OverviewWe are looking for an exceptional "Channel Program Specialist" for India and ASEAN region to handle our Government program in totality, report analysis and releasing authorisation letter including other required documents. Individual shall be smart in analytics database, data pipelines, and processing information through SFDC as well as liaising with cross functional teams for required approvals. He/ She shall empower decision makers through trusted data and scalable self-serve analytics. The main focus shall be deal review submitted by our partners for new business, and maintaining frameworks, enhancing existing data pipeline with accurate data delivery to stakeholders in a timely manner, also support ad-hoc reporting requirements that facilitate data-driven actionable insights and decision making at AutodeskResponsibilitiesReview and validate the deal reg. opportunities including business plans and/or pre-sales activities, submitted by Partners, following the APAC Government program documentation requirementWork with various Autodesk internal business stakeholders to qualify the opportunityManage approval process e.g., approval for opportunities, extension requests, reward payments, etcRun the Government Program Reward Payment template and submit them twice a month upon all approval to Channel finance for re-checking and further pay out processingUpdate the information in SFDC for respective information that Govt reward is paidProvide monthly report on Government Program (number of registered, number of approved / rejected, number of won, number of ordered, number of extension and so on)Manage partners’ enquiries & escalationsHelp in on-boarding new Government Partner as per the guideline provided in the Government program addendumProvide training to Govt partners including changes/ updates or as a refresher training annuallyEnsure all below requirements are fulfilled by the partner-Complete due diligence process conducted by 3rd party legal agencyAttend annual Autodesk compliance trainingSelf-certify and acknowledge the Autodesk Partner Compliance Statement as per Appendix 1 of Government Program addendumShall enrol and complete ALC Certifications counting towards Program eligibility status i.e., All sales certifications listed in Autodesk Solution Provider Program Guide > Specializations > Specialization Requirements SummaryHe shall randomly audit the WON transactions to ensure-approved opportunities are as per the Government Program guidelineopportunity in SFDC contain all required information including approvalsEnsure correct resource (i.e., # of reps and his right skill) maintained by the Govt specialised partnerDue diligence check conducted by compliance team for new partner once they meet the program requirementsIssue Partner Authorization Letter on-demand basisCollaborate and provide required information to Channel program manager/ specialist in case of any clarification/ queryRebrand as eligibility statusMinimum QualificationsPreferred to have 2+ years of experience in sales pipeline review using SalesForce.ComSales Force.Com knowledge is requiredExcellent English SkillsProfessional oral and written communication skillsProficient use of Microsoft Office#LI-POSTAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
