Job Requisition ID #23WD66824Position Overview As our Lead Analyst, Digital Sales for our fast-expanding eCommerce business, you will help connect the dots across various digital customer touch points at Autodesk through intuitive business dashboards, reporting and analysis. Your data insights will directly influence Digital Sales growth and improved customer experience. This position is highly cross-functional and collaborative, working closely with global stakeholders as well as other teams outside of the immediate organization, such as other analytics teams, hub sales, demand generation, finance and channel sales. Support global teams with dashboards and data insights around standard Subscription customer life cycle elements including Acquisition and Retention.Source, analyze and visualize data using tools to effectively mine insights and communicate findings that inform business decisionsWork closely with business partners and team members to prioritize, define, develop, and deploy new features for business intelligence and reporting solutions. Lead the QA, maintenance and enhancement efforts related to Digital sales owned dashboardsDevelop a roadmap for features and enhancements related to critical dashboards by leveraging contextual feedback to inform the product strategy and prioritization. Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of dataCollaborate proactively and effectively with other Autodesk teams to align on metrics and effectively measure digital sales. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $84,400 and $145,640. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
