Job Requisition ID #23WD67931Position OverviewThe Technical Program Manager will be responsible for driving projects throughout the complete software development lifecycle, from inception through release. You will partner with Engineering, Test, Product, and Operations teams to gather requirements, define milestones, track execution, and manage risks and dependencies. You will be a key player in building and expanding our SaaS and Hybrid solutions for the water industry enabling complex hydraulic modeling, asset management, operational analytics, and AI.ResponsibilitiesManage complex and large-scale cross-team, cross-functional initiatives - interface with engineering leaders, product management and engineers to facilitate the discovery process, estimate work efforts, define milestones, and manage resourcesBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and thoroughly understand their business processes and challengesManage fast paced programs and projects through collaboration with cross-functional teams, interfacing with multiple teams including customer facing roles, and estimating effort to manage successful outcomesTrack progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to the leadership team and project stakeholdersEngage and energize the teams to achieve aggressive goalsAsk questions that clarify priorities and push the team to be highly effectiveDevelop broad domain and technical knowledge in the water management and modeling systems Minimum Qualifications2+ years of technical program/project management experience in a software, SaaS, or systems development environmentExperience managing and successfully delivering large scale software development programsExperience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects with multiple dependencies and constraintsFocused on execution and delivery in a data-informed and iterative environmentWell versed in Agile methodologies – Scrum, Kanban, etc.Has good technical graspA great communicatorPreferred Qualifications Experience managing and successfully delivering large scale software development programs - preferably multi-tenant SaaS platforms and/ or IoT systemsHas good technical grasp - preferably within AWS Cloud#LI-POSTAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
