Job Requisition ID #23WD68370Position OverviewProduct designers, engineers, manufacturing specialists and countless other collaborators face daunting challenges bringing their ideas to life.  As an Autodesk Product Manager for Personalization, your job will be to identify how we can provide valuable, contextually appropriate workflows and automations that allows us to appropriately serve numerous different needs within a common solution platform.  This role will require you to partner with domain/subject matter experts across Fusion 360 to ensure that we implement impactful, relevant and credible solutions for our customers. Behind every great product at Autodesk, there are people with great empathy for the customer, insight into what is possible and the ability to uncover unarticulated customer needs.  Solutions you identify will combine the best of our design & manufacturing technologies, core Autodesk strengths and essential product usage and intent insights.In this role you will help to drive solution strategy, direction & prioritization, bridging technical and business worlds as you introduce new solutions that personalize product experience and value for each user. To be successful in this role, you must be results-driven, an enthusiastic self-starter and a strong collaborative leader.Responsibilities:Take responsibility for the “whole” product/solution experienceClearly articulate user problems & solution objectives in order to guide experience and development teamsDevelop and articulate project intent, scope, timelines and deliverableIdentify and describe target customers, personas and ecosystem influencersEstablish subject matter expertise on assigned projects/solution areasCreate solution examples and workflow vignettesDevelop core messages describing solution/approach benefitsReview product deliverables to assure the offering is complete and well documentedPartner with peers in the planning and execution of primary research to uncover insights into customer perceptions, problems and workflowsMinimum Qualifications:BS, MBA/MS preferredAgile/SCRUM development process experience is a plus5+ years of product management experience in software industryFamiliarity with data analytics, data synthesis and hypothesis testingExperience authoring and editing video contentExcellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skillsEnjoys participating in team and independently accountable rolesFluent in English, both written and verbalStrong project management, planning and research skillsAbility to travel approximately 20%Preferred Qualifications:Behavioral science experience in software industryStrong passion for product managementInterest and enthusiasm for data driven decision making#LIPOSTAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
