Job Requisition ID #23WD68501Position OverviewThe Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) organization is seeking an agile marketer to lead strategy and planning for large-scale integrated campaigns. As a Campaign Manager, you will partner with cross-functional teams – including product marketing, content, paid media, sales, design, and analytics – to effectively drive awareness and adoption of the Autodesk Construction Cloud portfolio. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, pragmatic, and has a strong understanding of the marketing ecosystem. ResponsibilitiesLead strategy and planning for integrated campaigns:Identify growth opportunities for key audience segments through research using key data points to guide campaign structure and KPIsCollaborate with Sales to align marketing campaign strategy with sales priorities and apply insights from customer feedbackOwn the roadmap of all cross-functional activities within marketing, including digital media, events, and content, and develop a cohesive, shared GTM plan across teams with launch timelinesPartner with content and design to develop impactful and memorable creativeLeverage historical performance data and customer insights (e.g., consumption, behavioral) to build optimal channel mix and promotional plan for paid and organicProvide POV on new marketing trends and identify test and learn opportunitiesPartner with MOPs to ensure campaign is tagged properly and build functional dashboards to track performanceLead status calls (with support of Project Manager) covering campaign planning to development and optimization callsSend regular comms and present project learnings to the extended marketing teamMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience3-5+ years’ experience in campaign management or related rolePreferred QualificationsB2B experience preferredAnalytical thinkerDiligent with a strong attention to detail and ability to resolve problems quicklyTeam-oriented; professional and cooperative attitude; proactive and excited to contribute ideas and thoughtsHighly organized; ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAbout Autodesk Construction Solutions Autodesk has fully reimagined the construction business for the digital age, enabling company/ies to address the most important challenges they face today while preparing for new ways of working in the future. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $81,600 and $140,800. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
