Job Requisition ID #23WD69031Position OverviewThe Autodesk Analytics Data organization is seeking an experienced communications professional and storyteller to join our team. This person will primarily support Analytics Data (AD) but will also develop and implement effective communication strategies for our partner, Identity & Licensing (IDL). In Analytics Data (AD), our mission is to provide a robust and trusted data and machine learning platform that enables intuitive self-service analytics across Autodesk. The right person will help us realize this mission through strategic thinking, communications expertise, intellectual curiosity and creativity. In the Identity & Licensing (IDL) domain, we empower Autodesk products and services to innovate business models and engage customers with trusted and personalized experiences. The chosen candidate will help both organizations build internal brand awareness, gauge partner engagement and rally their teams behind a unified voice. This person will report to the AD Chief of Staff and help the Analytics Data and Identity & Licensing leadership teams educate employees across the company about our priorities through compelling speeches, presentations, meetings and written communications. The ideal candidate should have experience working within technology groups or for a global technology company.  Responsibilities (Both organizations – 70% AD, 30% IDL) Develop an internal communications strategy, manage cadence, and create content to help keep the AD and IDL organization members and our (internal) customers informed and armed with the right information to do their jobsWork directly with the AD and IDL Chiefs of Staff and key subject matter experts to develop narrative arcs and create presentations and talksHelp both organizations find their unique and unified voices, establish their brands and market themselves to internal customersDrive Quarterly All Hands agenda, content, slide design, and orchestration of meetingCreate, manage, and drive specific programs/projects that help AD and IDL be operationally effective and organizationally efficientOwn and drive the maintenance of our internal SharePoint sites and development of new pages in support of program needsManage and maintain internal communication and collaboration channels – including email aliases, Slack channels and TeamsUse and develop creative ways to communicate effectively to reach employees and keep them informed and engagedMinimum QualificationsUnderstanding of Autodesk’s business and industries; experience in technical operations or engineering a plusStrong attention to detail and project management skillsAbility to be flexible, proactive, work under deadlines, and ensure quality and accuracyStrong storyteller with the ability to create compelling narratives in support of our business strategiesPractice with change management strategies and gaining buy in through engagementProficient at helping technical teams communicate and market programs to consumers of varying technical aptitudeHighly organized with the ability to prioritize across multiple teams and thrive in a cross-functional environmentExperience developing and executing internal communications strategies, plans, programs and events Ability to influence without authority, across functions, geographies and levels, and the ability to work with various departments and teams to drive alignment and collaboration Focused and performance driven Exceptional PowerPoint and SharePoint skills; video production skills a strong plus6+ years of experience in program or project management, public relations, and/or employee communicationsFour-year college degree (BS or BA), preferably in business, communications or journalism, though technical degrees could be appropriate with excellent writing and communications skills Click below to learn more about our benefits in the US.https://benefits.autodesk.com/ At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $76,400 and $131,780. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
