Job Requisition ID #23WD68937Position OverviewWe are looking for a Trusted finance business partner to join Autodesk’s Worldwide Sales Finance team as the co-pilot who helps steer Autodesk towards an effective and efficient go-to-market outreach. This position reports directly to Finance Director of APAC & Japan Territory Sales and is the primary business partner to the Regional Director of Greater China (GCR) Territory sales team. The candidate must demonstrate independence, excellence and integrity in decision making and business judgment. A strong knowledge of information systems, financial planning, accounting, strategic planning, risk assessment and business development is required, preferably in a software company. The right candidate for this role will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, financial aptitude, excellent business intuition, and the capability to work at multiple levels, including high-level strategy and day-to-day financial details. This finance business partner will have frequent interactions and collaborate with the local sales teams, cross-functional deal teams and finance teams and enable optimal informed business decisions through strong, effective analysis and key business insights. ResponsibilitiesPartnering directly with the Regional Director of GCR territory sales as a member of line management staffDriving Weekly forecast process for GCR territory sales team across all segmentsManaging Annual Business planning process, allocating the targets, and creating quotas for the GCR territory sales RepsCollaborating actively within APAC sales finance team and the broader sales finance community to facilitate and drive the evolution of our reporting and analysis tools, to keep up with the evolution of business requirementsAnalyzing business performance to provide proactive business insights and adviceAssisting process improvement for GCR team’s pipeline management through salesforce.comDriving the GCR territory sales team KPIs’ review and collaborating with Sales Leads for consistencyLeading the cross-functional teams to close fiscal quartersBuilding Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Quarterly Business Planning (QBPs), present EOQ finance decks to review performance and metricsEstablish relationships with broader groups such as Sales Ops, Renewals, Legal, Commissions, Revenue Accounting, Tax, etc. to support the Sales TeamsManaging the Opex budget (headcount and variable) for the GCR territory sales teamPlaying the key role for compliance and fiduciaryMinimum QualificationsBachelor's in accounting or finance preferred; MBA or CPA a plusMinimum 10+ years of relevant experience with finance or business analysis backgroundPrior experience in a technology/software/SaaS company is a plusAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and PowerBI skill as a plusHands on experience with financial software (e.g., Business Objects, Qlikview, SAP, etc)Articulate and concise with strong communication skillsAbility to adapt to a complex and changing environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlinesAmbitious and ability to learn quicklyStrong team player and leadership potential#LI-POSTAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
