Our data products make Autodesk’s products smarter and easier to use. Our data tools and data services help product teams make better decisions about what to deliver to our users.   We are seeking a Growth Manager Lead to drive the business growth of XA Product Analytics data products (in particular the Product Insights experience) in order to drive the success of product organizations and their users. Your job will be focused on ensuring that these businesses and users can meet their business outcomes using clear and actionable success metrics. You will do this by being the thought leader behind the growth “north star” for our organization. With your experimental mindset, you will wake up every day thinking about how our data products can drive more growth in product organizations as well as Autodesk as a whole. This role is a unique opportunity to work across all levels of the product organizations with multiple stakeholders and to be a part of Autodesk’s data-driven transformation.   Responsibilities Ensure insights users are receiving the best experience and adopting meaningful behaviors in products that result in better outcomes for those users Partner with our insights platform teams (and product teams) to drive overall insights strategyWork with data scientists and analysts to develop and discover growth opportunities Own the development, coordination and execution of the growth plan for the insights program. Establishing the framework with which it will be evaluated and prioritize what actions to take firstInitially the focus of insights growth will be in driving outcomes-based user behavior in products; In the future, you will define new areas of growth and definitions of success as the product grows (for example, partnering with industry strategy team or customer success organization or finance or business model group) Minimum Qualifications 3-5 years experience in a growth function Experience in agile product organizations with development methodologies in Product Led Growth Experience with manipulating data to discover insights (Excel, SQL, other analytics tools, etc.) Proven experience in developing growth plans for product organizationsIndustry experience in architecture, engineering or construction a plus Proven ability to enable multiple groups, stakeholders and partners across multiple functions Proven ability to drive business outcomes based on dataExcellent spoken and written communication skills with an ability to state things simply and persuasively for a variety of audiences #LI-POST Click below to learn more about our benefits in the US.https://benefits.autodesk.com/ At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $105,600 and $170,830. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
