Job Requisition ID #23WD68931Job Description- Partner Account Manager SingaporeOverviewAutodesk is a leading Design software vendor and we are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team to provide the leadership and sales excellence to our Autodesk Solution Providers (resellers) in Singapore. The person will be responsible for sales and services transformation strategy of the channel partners in Singapore and extended territory where appropriate.ResponsibilitiesWork and collaborate closely with the assigned Solution Providers to grow their Autodesk business and becoming trusted advisorCollaborate closely with Distribution sales manager to build partner enablement, and marketing plan with the Solution ProvidersActs as liaison between the Solution Providers and Autodesk to facilitate effective two-way communication. Holds schedule regional sales meetings to update our partners on the direction of the Autodesk channel strategy.Builds relationships with Solution Providers in the country to facilitate common vision and strategyLead quarterly business planning, review quarterly performance and provide guidance on corrective actions plans where appropriate.Helps partner set quotas and goals for upcoming quartersDevelop sales pipelinesFacilitate and deliver sales forecast accuracyProvides training and assistance to the Solution Providers (resellers) directly or through appropriate company resources in the following areas: product training, sales training, account development, customer success., presentation and demonstration skills, seminar/webinar and marketing/digital marketing planAssists partners in developing sales and marketing plans related to the vertical/value products.Execute new product launches within assigned territory.Responsible for managing “Channel Health” and completing all compliance requirements of the Partner ProgramCollaborate with extended sales organization (Mid Market Account/Territory Sales, Technical Sales, Marketing, License Compliance stakeholders) to formulate business strategies and plan to ensure optimal level of involvement, build efficiency in customer coverage, secure commitment from partners to maximize performanceRequire to recruit, onboard and enable new System Integrators and Services oriented partnersRequirementsCandidate possessed 8+ years Territory Sales / Business Development/ Channel Management experienceStrong verbal and written communications skills as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.Grow mindset and experience in developing channel programsProblem solving leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners.Experience working within the enterprise software industry is highly desired, especially in the virtualization, cloud or enterprise software spaces.Experience building successful sales teams.Experience in coaching sales professionals in complex sales/pursuits.Experience with balancing short-term results with long term strategy.Experience working in a multi-national, highly matrixed organization.Extensive experience of managing virtual teams across functions and geographies.
