Job Requisition ID #23WD69008責任範囲:•技術サポートケースマネジメントシステムを使用したサポート対応を行い、必要な場合上級サポートへエスカレーションを行います。また、サポートケースのバックログ管理し、進捗状況のタイムリーな更新で、顧客およびパートナーの要求事項へ応答します。•予防的サポートサポートウェブセミナーを作成し提供します。また、解決する過程で知識を収集してオンラインで公開し、同じ問題を持つ他の顧客へ役立てるようにします。•内部サポート特定の製品ごとにトレーニング資料の作成、および提供します。また、製品の不具合等情報を検証し開発へ提供し品質向上に貢献します。要件(もちろん全部でなくても構いません):•建築、インフラ、土木工学、地理情報システムに関する幅広い知識•ソフトウェアのサポートまたはトラブルシューティングの経験•Autodeskソフトウェア(Civil 3D, Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD)または競合製品を使用、または、サポートに関する経験•流暢な日本語および基本的な英語の読み書きが出来る(自信がなくても、社内のコミュニケーションを通じて英語スキルを習得可能)•テクニカルサポートまたはカスタマーサービス経験者であれば尚可希望スキル•強力なトラブルシューティングと分析•質の高い作業を完了し、結果を達成するための行動Scope of Responsibility:- Technical SupportProvide support responses using the case management system and escalate to senior support when necessary. Also maintains a backlog of support cases and responds to customer and partner requirements with timely updates on progress- Proactive SupportCreate and deliver support webinars. We also collect knowledge during the resolution process and publish it online to help other customers with the same issues.- Internal SupportWe create and provide training materials for specific products. We also verify product defects and other information and provide it to development to help improve quality.Requirements (not necessarily all of them, of course):- Extensive knowledge of architecture, infrastructure, civil engineering, and geographic information systems- Experience in software support or troubleshooting- Experience using and/or supporting Autodesk software (Civil 3D, Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD) or competitive products- Fluent in Japanese and basic reading and writing English (if not confident, English skills can be acquired through internal communication)- Experience in technical support or customer service is a plusDesired Skills- Strong troubleshooting and analysis- Action to complete quality work and achieve results#LI-RT1At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
