As a Sr. Compensation Partner, you will support HR and Management by consulting on Compensation programs and practices that drive business results. You will have the opportunity to help deliver and influence key initiatives on our exciting roadmap of transforming compensation at Autodesk.Responsibilities Provide EMEA and APAC regional compensation consulting expertise to aligned clients and/or business aligned Comp Partners, advising on how best to optimize pay componentsContribute regional perspective to the design and delivery of base pay, annual incentives, equity and recognition programsProvide guidance to HR and management on compensation decision-makingExercise judgment in selecting techniques and evaluation criteria in completing analysis and developing solutions/recommendations Represent regional perspective in developing education and communication materials, working with internal or external resourcesLeverage our compensation benchmarking tool (MarketPay) and other resources to analyze the competitiveness of the company’s compensation against external labor markets where we compete for talentEnsure competitiveness of programs using global or local market surveys and develop ad hoc surveys as needed. Responsible for local compensation survey as needed.Minimum Qualifications10+ years experience providing compensation consulting to internal or external clients in EMEAExpert knowledge in EMEA compensation practices and market dataAbility to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment,Ability to influence, problem solve, and successfully collaborate and communicate with stakeholders of various levels and across regionsExpertise in Excel & PowerPointAbility to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred QualificationsExperience providing compensation consulting to APAC countries, including knowledge of compensation practices and market data analysisWorkday experienceExpertise in costing analysis, statistical analysis, and modelingAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
