Our team looks across the customer lifecycle and helps customers discover, buy, and use Autodesk's products through engaging digital experiences. In this role, you will be leading the product vision and strategy to help customers discover Autodesk, understand our products, and get started through the digital experience. This role will be a strategic partner with our marketing and customer success teams as we build the future of the customer experience. This role requires an experienced leader who can drive innovation and simplicity, balance business outcomes and technical requirements, grow and develop a team, and succeed in executive briefings and scrum ceremonies. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $204,000 and $330,000. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
