Position Overview In this role, you will be part of ESE Collaboration Services team. The Collaboration Systems Engineer will help to shape the future of the way we design and build our growing tools for collaboration. Responsibilities Work with Engineers that are facilitating the maintenance and support of all Collaboration SAAS and Infrastructure to ensure security, reliability, performance, fault tolerance and high availability Diagnose and handle high profile and complex issues including escalations supporting all Collaboration Services Work with teams to anticipate, identity, and resolve problems affecting application management, system performance, efficiency, and availability Work with key business teams to understand requirements and potential collaboration solutions Maximize the capacities through ongoing capacity planning. Adjust utilization to preclude overloadManage system security ensuring appropriate security controls are in placeOversee vendor involvement where applicableCreate and implement technical support processes, metrics, SLAs, policies, and procedures Manage the installations /connectivity, configuring components. Initiate required programs and protocols to ensure seamless integrationParticipate in the system/project design and engineering processDevelop appropriate technical diagramming and interconnectivity with interacting systemsRecord changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processesCompare and evaluate the implementation, if done by downstream engineers, against the design, including solution reviewsWrite and maintain the scripts/builds following Test-Driven-Design principles Assume 24x7 on-call duty as assignedMinimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in an enterprise technology environment5+ years of project management experience & knowledge of Collaboration Services technologies & solutionsProficient to expert level administration and engineering of: O365, Exchange Online, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, SendgridPractical knowledge and experience with migration tools: ShareGate, BitTitan, Microsoft Migration Manager, Native Hybrid Microsoft migration Experience migrating email, meeting, file storage, and voice systemsExtensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, and Office 365 Exchange/O365 migrations, mailbox creation/deletion, database migrations, general maintenanceMigrating from on-prem resources to cloud services, management of cloud resources in AWS, Azure or other like technologiesCandidate must have a sense of urgency but be proficient and accurateEmail filtering and RoutingTeams / SharePoint Site Development and Administration Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skillsStrong focus on the end user experienceExcellent problem & resolution skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills#LI-POST#LI-RM2At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
