Job Requisition ID #23WD69272Lead Operations Specialist Bangalore IN - Hybrid RemotePosition Overview:Lead Management & Operations is the bridge between cross functional teams including Marketing, Marketing Operations, Education, Sales, and Sales Operations. As part of the Marketing Operations team, you will be responsible for finding creative, yet pragmatic solutions to lead flow issues. You will help define, document, and oversee adoption of lead management workflow processes, and be the primary escalation point for routing and data issues. As an effective communicator who works collaboratively and is driven by data you are continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.ResponsibilitiesHave a strong understanding of the E2E lead flow process, including sales workflows and processes.Proactively analyze data to identify volume/expansion gaps, risk, growth opportunities, access health of system data, standardizing or enhancing where possibleProactively monitor, resolve, and answer all questions related to lead routing issues. Support a healthy lead funnel by monitoring all marketing generated leads and lead queues to ensure timely/accurate routing and identify ways to reduce the overall age of the lead funnel.Support users of the Partner Portal by having a strong understanding how to use the tool and how the system workflows function as well as ensuring the proper delivery and management of partner assigned/owned leads.Provide input on ways to optimize the list upload process that will help meets the minimum data requirements, has been standardized, validated, and mapped correctly. Confirm success of upload.Monitor & troubleshoot; lead flow, system availability, lead quality, account mapping and initial assignment to sales/partners.Change Management – Drive awareness and alignment to global/regional processes and assist with the maintenance of lead management documentation/wiki.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience in lead management and marketing operations in a B2B marketing setup, is required.A self-starter who is flexible and resilient and is comfortable with ambiguity while being adaptable in a high change and global environment.Strong communication & critical thinking skills with the ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo and other lead management systemsAbility to quickly comprehend business requirements, define and manage the tactical plan necessary to meet them.Strength in identifying data patterns that need improvement with processes.Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to define and track KPIs and other measurable success criteria.Experience thinking analytically and strategically about issues and influencing stakeholders.Proficiency in problem solving and communicating about issues with individual stakeholders and teams.With Autodesk software, you have the power to Make Anything.
