Job Requisition ID #23WD69358Position OverviewAs an Implementation Consultant, your strong software/product knowledge will help our customers to get the best out of their Autodesk AEC products, put innovative solutions into real world practice. You will analyze existing workflows and processes in the context of the customer’s business and project goals. Working with key business unit stakeholders and project teams, you will assist in defining new workflows, configuring software, training users, and mentoring project teams to ensure successful implementation. You will lead a technical team and ensure your peers are well supported by your domain knowledge of Building & ConstructionResponsibilitiesAnalysis of existing workflows and processesKnowledge of Autodesk products like Revit, BIM 360 and ACCExtensive industry and product knowledge with strong technical leadershipKnowledge on BIM workflows and industry standardsProcess definition, planning, and implementation of new technologies and workflowsProvide coaching, change management to customers (external & partners Provides innovate solutions to meet customer and industry challenges based on Autodesk product solutionsLead implementation consulting engagements with customersApply Autodesk product sets to detailed industry requirements and workflowsGuide customers in the best application of Autodesk products; define and document detailed use casesConfigure solutions based on product capabilities and customer requirementsDefine migration approach of customer data and standards into Autodesk productsCollaborates with customers (external), partners and internal stakeholders consulting groups (internal) to resolve technical issuesProvides feedback to service line management and product development groups on client experience for product and process improvementsProvide coaching and mentoring to customers to drive adoption and consumptionProvide coaching and mentoring to partners to enable the scalable delivery of packages service offeringsProvide input to sales and proposal presentations and identify additional product/services opportunities in customer organizationContributes task estimation and task description in Scopes of Work as well as scope clarification with customersOccasional travel may be requiredMinimum QualificationsBachelor or Master’s degree in engineeringAdvanced Knowledge of Autodesk BIM 360 and ACCknowledge of all Autodesk products around Building & Construction​Knowledge and experience of ISO 19650​Extensive industry experienceKnowledge and experience with Autodesk Platform ServicesMinimum 8 years+ relevant experience (although the preference would be for 10 years)Preferred QualificationsProven skills in managing a technical teamSelf starter and strong leadership qualitiesExperience with other products of Autodesk’s Portfolio is a plusAdvanced degree (MS, Ph.D.) would be a plusThe Ideal CandidateSpeed: We strive to move as fast as our environment allows, empowering people to favor small sprints and course correction towards desired outcomesSimplicity: Having an approach and mindset to avoid unnecessary complexity and duplication; keeping things simple to achieve quicker outcomes and always keeping the big picture in mindInnovation: Collaborating effectively with a variety of sources to learn new ways of solving problems and keeps an eye on changes in business and technologyImpact: Using know how to identify solutions that add value and result in a positive impact on others.
