Job Requisition ID #23WD69451Position OverviewStrategic Territory has assigned accounts in small/middle segments of Architecture Engineering Construction and Manufacturing in Inside Sales organization.Drive business of Strategic Territory by Account Based selling while supervising Strategic Territory Sales reps (STSR). This role will drive revenue growth by managing key initiatives and sales performance for the Strategic Territory sales organization through qualified opportunitiesResponsibilitiesSupervises for STSRs by training, mentoring, and coaching while considering prioritizes and allocates resourcesBuilds Strategy and Business planDrive and accelerate Account plan based on Account Based sellingBuild forecasts quarterly and drive the sales activities to achieve the forecasts based on budgets.Generate pipelines and manage the generated pipelines toward 5 quartersHas thorough knowledge of organization’s products, services, and industriesWorks with the relevant functions such as the other Inside sales, Channel sales, Marketing, Sales operations, Client service, and Customer successLeads the activities of sales team, including hiring, coaching, developing talent, team culture and performance managementEstablishes and maintains effective long-term customer relationshipsCollaborates with Marketing to build campaigns and ensures lead quality and quantity with proper closed -loop metric reportingDevelops and leverages relationships with channel partners to improve the performance to exceed customer’s expectationsRegularly reports on team and individual results: account plan, pipelines, conversion rates, and billing/ACV attainmentsCollaborates with internal sales operation stakeholders on reporting and analysis. Identify and makes recommendations for improvement in sales productivityBuilds annual Sales strategy and Sales business plan quarterlyCharts and delivers timely and accurate forecasting and pipeline management (5 quarter pipeline management)Collaborates with other internal organizations and coordinates internal resources as neededEnsures CRM tools and Autodesk methodologies are leveraged to process and tracks opportunitiesDirect team with corporate goals and uses SMART goals to deliver resultsEncourages innovation by exchanging new ideas to improve operation and efficiency within sales and the supporting organizationsMinimum QualificationsPeople management experience over 5 yearsWork at IT industries such as SaaS, Hardware, cloud solutionsStrong commitment to achieve the target and a sense of responsibility for resultsHas experience of management for Account Based SellingExcellent pipeline management and the ability to accurately forecast based on the pipelinesExcellent communication skills to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholdersFlexibility in dealing with complex issues, unexpected changes, and ambiguous situationsAble to act on own initiative, also s/he who can actively learn about products and industry trends by ownRequired Business English and Japanese#LI-RT1At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
