Job Requisition ID #23WD69347Position OverviewAs Inside Partner Manager you will work with dedicated set of partners, driving their high performance and will be guiding them on their path to solutions provider.You will be part of a highly professional channel management team which plays a crucial role in the collaboration of all teams with the partners.ResponsibilitiesGuide assigned partners on their path to Solution Provider while delivering revenue growth targetsBuild impactful relationship, act as the main point of contact for partner principals, management and respective teamsDrive annual strategic business plan, identify areas of investment and support executionSupport of Financial, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing topics as industry related initiativesUnderstand partners business, organizational set-up and markets in which partners are activeEnsure common vision between Autodesk and PartnerRecap quarterly sales results with partners and internally and help set focus areas and goals for upcoming quartersEnsure partners forecast is valid and updatedDevelop and support sales activities with partners, sets targets/milestones, measures results, supports executionTakes initiative role inside Autodesk to ensure support from all relevant departmentsInfluences marketing plans, coordinates merit funds available to support sales initiativesCoordinate trainings and assistance to the partners through appropriate company resources in product training, sales and marketing skillsProactive approach, flexible, able to operate in constant changing environmentAttend Autodesk events internally and externally with partners, travel may be requiredParticipate in specific projects relating to indirect businessMinimum Qualifications Polish native speaker, fluent in EnglishPolished professionalism with above organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communications and negotiating skills at executive levelPreferred QualificationsIdeally a previous experience managing partners #LI-EL1At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
