Job Requisition ID #23WD68910Position OverviewAutodesk is actively seeking a Senior Director, HRBP reporting to the Vice President, HRBP Platform & Solutions. This role is the HRBP Lead for the Platform Services & Emerging Technologies (PSET) and Autodesk Incubation Divisions. This leader will partner closely with the Chief Technology Officer who leads the PSET organization, the head of the Autodesk Incubation teams and the Incubation Board.The role will lead a team of HRBPs who partner with these teams and their leaders, working closely with members of the broader HRBP community.This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR leader who can help us as we continue to deepen and grow our talent, culture and organizational development strategies across our teams.Our HRBP practice is a truly strategic function focused on Organizational Development and Strategic Talent Management. The HRBP community supports Autodesk Executives through the development and execution of divisional talent strategies which serve as a catalyst and critical enabler of the overall business strategy. We work in close partnership with our People Consulting team who are geographically aligned generalists and our Centers of Excellence and People Experience teams who provide a full spectrum of HR support and services. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $195,200 and $315,700. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
