It’s  an exciting time to be part of our team!ResponsibilitiesPartner with leaders to establish plans and deliver solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and  drive resultsDevelop a people strategy that is focused on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent, and overall business performanceSupport the business strategy  identifying, prioritizing, and building organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processesIn close collaboration with the HR Lead, facilitate line-of-sight initiatives to build a high-performing organization aligned with the strategic leadership agendaGuide the people processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that leaderships’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standardsProvide thought partnership to leadership in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategyManage specific projects defined by  the annual People Plan as well as participate in on-going functional and cross-functional initiativesPromote feedback mechanisms and employee surveys to influence the continuous improvement of employee experiences and business outcomesPartner with Learning and Organization Development team to implement appropriate  interventions while accounting for learning principles, theories, and  ongoing deliveryEnsure alignment of total rewards and recognition with performanceMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree10+ years of HR experience (at least 7+ years of HRBP experience supporting leaders with global teams)Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including organizational design, succession planning, performance management, diversity/inclusion, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, culture keeper, employee engagement, coaching/development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, employee relationsPreferred QualificationsAbility to take business goals/priorities and translate them into initiativesConsultative approach to strategic partnershipAble to combine great people intuition, business judgement and discretion in your decision-makingProven experience in conflict resolution and management practices within a complex, global and matrixed environmentExperience providing business partnership and support to a diverse group of leaders and executivesTeam player with a sense of ownership and “get things done” attitude - self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environmentSuccessful track record of implementing HR processes, employee resourcing performance management and change managementExcellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal), the ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities and adapt to a fluid, high-growth environmentKnowledge of HR compliance regulations, employment laws, and industry best practicesRelevant experiences in High Tech industry experienceProject Management and/or Program Management experienceThe Ideal CandidateThrives in change. They're nimble. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $136,200 and $220,220. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
