This is a role designed to support specific initiatives across multiple divisions focused on critical business objectives and HR strategies. ResponsibilitiesOrganizational Partnership & ResultsPartner with leaders to establish plans and deliver solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and drive results. Develop a people strategy focused on organizational design, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent, and overall business performance.Support the business strategy by identifying, prioritizing, and building organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.Leadership EffectivenessIn close collaboration with senior leadership, facilitate line-of-sight initiatives to build a high-performing organization aligned with the strategic leadership agendaEnsure psychological safety and strong advocacy of Diversity, Equity, and BelongingSupport People BU processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that leaderships’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standardsAligned to BU strategy, provide thought partnership to leadership in forecasting and planning talent pipeline with the function/business strategyEmployee ExperienceEnsure a safe and open environment, where diverse perspectives are valued and appreciated. Ensure alignment to our Culture Code (Values and Ways We Work)Support and drive specific projects defined by annual BU People Plans as well as participate in ongoing functional and cross-functional initiativesSupport feedback mechanisms and employee surveys to influence the continuous improvement of employee experiences and business outcomesPartner with HRBP leadership and Learning and Organization Development team to implement appropriate interventionsEnsure alignment of total rewards and recognition with performanceMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree7+ years of HR experience (at least 5+ years of HRBP experience supporting leaders with global teams)Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including organizational design, succession planning, performance management, diversity/inclusion, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, culture keeping, employee engagement, coaching/development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, employee relationsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in organizational development, industrial and labor relations, business administration, human resources, or similar disciplines with 7+years of HR experienceWorkday experienceProject Management and/or Program Management experienceRelevant experiences in tech, software (or SaaS) industriesCoaching accreditationAbility to take business goals/priorities and translate them into initiativesConsultative approach to strategic partnershipAble to combine great people intuition, business judgment, and discretion in your decision-makingProven experience in conflict resolution and management practices within a complex, global, and matrixed environmentExperience providing business partnership and support to a diverse group of leaders and executivesTeam player with a sense of ownership and “get things done” attitude - self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environmentSuccessful track record of implementing HR processes, performance management, and change managementExcellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal), the ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities and adapt to a fluid, high-growth environmentKnowledge of HR compliance regulations, employment laws, and industry best practicesThe Ideal CandidateThrives in change. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $114,900 and $185,900. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
