Job Requisition ID #23WD69307Position Overview Autodesk is seeking a Software Development Manager with experience in agile software development practices to participate in and manage a cross-functional scrum team focused on extending and enhancing software such as Autodesk Revit as well as in cloud services, in the area of BIM-Centric Structural Analysis. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the agile “servant-leader” role, will be able to balance acting as the manager with encouraging the team towards a culture of self-organization and ownership of the work and processes, and will coach, inspire and empower the team to solve customer problems in the business strategic context.With the time that is not spent on direct management responsibilities, you should be able to help the teams deliver working software in other ways, e.g. by contributing to the agile processes or by testing, designing or developing software depending on your skillset.
