Job Requisition ID #23WD69323Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join the Hybrid Cloud Engineering Team. The selected applicant will play a critical role in managing multiple complex platform programs/projects and enhancements from initiation through delivery. You will be responsible for communicating program/project status to key stakeholders and driving the execution of all assigned project components.An ideal candidate to support Autodesk’s Hybrid Cloud Engineering team will have a proven track record delivering cross functional programs/projects in a fast-paced environment utilizing a deep understanding of technical program/project management principles. The chosen candidate will play an integral role by engaging with functional leaders, technology vendors, engineering and customer support teams to create, align, and execute project plans. The selected finalist is essential for the translation of division objectives and product roadmaps into actionable plans that deliver on objectives and achieve key results critical to Autodesk's ongoing cloud transformation.ResponsibilitiesWork with program/project core teams to convert project/program requirements to executable deliverables; develop and maintain project/program scheduleManage programs/projects from initial planning through delivery, including project change control, status reporting, team coordination, acceptance testing, and issue/risk mitigation and resolutionDrive consolidated release plans, remove roadblocksOrganize day-to-day project activities and related meetings, communicate on critical path project milestones and objective attainmentEnsure that leadership, core team and stakeholders have clear, concise, and up-to-date information on progressAnalyze project metrics and trends to evaluate successMinimum Qualifications5 years of applicable direct technical program or project management experience demonstrating increasing responsibilitySkilled at developing and maintaining strong internal relationshipsAdept at collaborating within a highly matrixed, cross-geo, cross-functional environmentExcellent writing skills, editing skills, and command of spelling, grammar, and syntax rules for responsive communications that are timely, thoughtful, and effective to a wide range of technical and non-technical audiences at all levelsEmpathy for business partners and the drive to help them achieve their goalsSignificant experience with technical and cloud systems and environmentBachelor’s degreeKnowledgeable with Confluence, JIRA, Aha!The Ideal CandidateLikes collaborating with people; likes working with many diverse teamsPossesses natural curiosity and the confidence to question things and admit when something is beyond their/his/her knowledgeFocuses on outcomes with an open mind to finding new ways to achieve themProactively seeks out, inspires, and leverages expertise from across the companyIs self-motivated and a team player; a proactive plannerHas experience coordinating across cultures and geographically dispersed teamsEnjoys "living in the weeds" while being focused on bigger picture strategic goals#LI-ML1Click below to learn more about our benefits in the US.https://benefits.autodesk.com/ At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,700 and $149,600. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
