Job Requisition ID #23WD69259Position OverviewThe GTM Analytics and Insights Manager is a highly motivated self-starter who drives GTM analytics and insights to accelerate the growth of Autodesk’s global business. A successful GTM Analytics and Insights manager is an analytical problem solver and ideally has a strong foundational knowledge of SaaS GTM analytics and strategy. This role sits in the Sales Strategy and GTM Insights team. The team charter is to craft and execute GTM strategies, with a focus on Sales and Channel strategies, that will double Autodesk’s business over the next 5 years. This role provides exposure to a variety of interesting analytics, insights and reporting projects and works directly with a wide range of highly intelligent colleagues across Autodesk (incl. finance, marketing, channel sales, product strategy, sales, customer success, data science, revenue operations etc.) and senior leaders who look to this team to address Autodesk’s biggest challenges and growth opportunities. Responsibilities Help business leaders and colleagues with analytics and reporting to support ongoing strategy development Support the analytics and reporting for GTM strategic initiatives and programs, including: annual planning, channel transformation, channel incentives, sales productivity and GTM blueprints Provide ad hoc analytics support to executives and cross-functional team members Work cross-functionally with teams including sales and GTM finance, business operations, product strategy, marketing, customer success and data science to provide analytics and insights in support of cross-org initiatives Provide critical analytics, insights and reporting to inform company-level strategy-setting and planning effortsMinimum Qualifications4-8+ years of experience in analytics, data analysis, strategy consulting, investment banking, finance, BizOps or related fields; with progressively increasing responsibility Expert knowledge of SQL, Tableau/PowerBI, Snowflake and pulling and transforming data within a complicated enterprise data estate Proficient with advanced analytics skills such as data mining and querying (preference for Python and R experience) Self-starter with a proven track record of independently owning projects; capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources and delivering results in challenging situations Ability to comfortably work in a fast paced, ambiguous and deadline-driven environment Comfortable working closely and building relationships with senior executives Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action #LI-ML1Click below to learn more about our benefits in the US.https://benefits.autodesk.com/ At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $116,800 and $188,870. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
