I have a position open for a Fusion 360 Account Executive covering the LATAM market, based out of our San Jose, Costa Rica. *Fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese languages are required in this position.Strong candidates will demonstrate Drive, Passion, and Hunger to exceed goals; strong acumen in working Smart, as well as the Humble characteristics which embody our company’s culture and our team’s coaching mindset. This is a great opportunity to develop your solution sales career in a coaching rich environment, in a high impact, high visibility role with a direct and rewarding compensation structure.The Fusion 360 Account Executive is responsible for sourcing, growing and managing their own pipeline of Fusion 360 Base, Fusion Extensions and Persona Offering opportunities, as well as detecting Prodsmart Opportunities for follow up by a dedicated Prodsmart Account Executive.  You’ll be supported by Technical Sales Specialists who will help you address technical needs and progress deals to close. In addition, you will be aligned with Territory Design and Manufacturing Sales Teams in LATAM, to drive Fusion Platform Deals of increasing size within existing Autodesk Accounts. You will carry quarterly quota and be tasked with identifying, hunting, and driving sales cycles within your territory.As a Fusion 360 Account Executive, you will lead customers through their evaluation and buying process, leveraging technical sales reps and tech marketing content to demonstrate how Fusion 360 and Extensions can address business challenges you have discovered in the customers’ design and manufacturing processes. The Fusion 360 Platform one of Autodesk’s fastest growing Design and Manufacturing businesses, and a significant opportunity exists to secure new market acquisition for Autodesk in LATAM’s manufacturing industry. ResponsibilitiesGrow the Fusion 360 Platform business in your territory through qualifying inbound trial leads/calls and prospecting new and existing accountsEffectively manage a pipeline of Fusion 360 and Extensions Opportunities in high potential accounts from creation to closeCollaborate with Autodesk WWS (World-Wide Sales) Sales and Technical Reps to create and drive Fusion Platform opportunities and grow ACV contribution in existing Autodesk AccountsEngage in Business level discovery calls with owner and department heads to align business goals with the Fusion 360 Software platform and create long term relationshipsTell the ‘Digital Transformation Story’ & present the vision of Autodesk’s Design and Manufacturing Strategy, and the Fusion 360 Platform to customers to drive though leadership and business partnershipsUtilize Autodesk’s internal licensing and competitive data to segment and create key target account lists to prospectUtilize tools at your disposal: SFDC, LinkedIn, Target Insights Dashboard, to create target account lists and guide prospecting new business in your territoryUtilize SFDC, Outreach, Consensus, and Gong to optimize/automate your customer engagement cycle and maximize outputAchieve quarterly quotas towards yearly goals to drive aggressive sales growthAssist with key account renewals and seek opportunities for expansionMinimum Qualifications2+ Years of software sales experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsNative Spanish speakerAdvanced Portuguese, English (B2 required) and Spanish language required.Preferred QualificationsStrong Manufacturing Business Industry Knowledge – with a strong interest in the manufacturing sectorPrior experience working with Product Development and Manufacturing software productsThe Ideal CandidateIs a self-starter, high energy, goal and results orientedHas a strong work ethic with proven history of high productivity is essentialHas the ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyHas proven coachability: drive to continually improve your sales skills through on-the-job coaching, self-learning and replicating best practiceIs able to work independently whilst contributing to our teamHas a strong desire to develop a career in SAAS tech salesAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
