Job Requisition ID #23WD66992Position OverviewAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our IT Treasury development team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Treasury, as well as a deep understanding of software engineering practices and methodologies. Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of the Treasury module, focusing on TreasuryCollaborate with global cross-functional teams, including product management, UX design, and QA, to define and deliver high-quality softwareMentor and coach team members to help them grow professionally and reach their full potentialEnsure the team is delivering high-quality code that meets or exceeds customer expectationsDrive the adoption of best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/deliveryManage the team's backlog and prioritize work to ensure the delivery of high-value features and capabilitiesParticipate in functional &  architectural discussions and make technical decisions that align with the overall product strategy Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 12+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in leading development teamsStrong experience with Treasury, including financial products and regulationsStrong understanding of software engineering practices and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and KanbanExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment If you are an experienced Senior Engineering Manager with a passion for Treasury and a track record of delivering high-quality software, we want to hear from you! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $163,200 and $264,000. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
