This is an Senior Manager, Applications Support Analyst position within the Business Application Support and Engineering organization. The team is seeking a senior manager with experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams. You will be working and supporting production landscape with Autodesk teams who manage the development of Autodesk CRM, ERP system along with Autodesk online Store. The position will encompass the day to day support of various enterprise applications. This is a global position requiring the ability to work within IT, Customer Support and other business organizations throughout the world. Our engineering culture will empower you to make effective decisions, work collaboratively, and take accountability for engineering projects at the core of the company.ResponsibilitiesSupervise, mentor, and train support SMEs, which may include geographically dispersed personnel and contractorsManage the enterprise applications for high availability and reliability, and compliance for Autodesk policiesWork and collaborate with global teams to deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and manage enterprise application systemsCollaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the ongoing, reliable performance of enterprise application systemsDevelop and implement solutions for managing the application environment to include monitoring, reporting, system incident management and resolutionEvaluate and improve on operational processes and metrics, procedure manuals, and documentationDevelop, track and improve key performance indicators for resources and systemsDeveloping annual team and individual objectives to best meet objectives for autodesk business, the Mission Support team, and personal growthBuild and maintain effective relationships with other Autodesk teamsEstablish a deep understanding of processes and data across all platforms and the impact of process or technical changes to overall companyCustomer focused attitude with ability to ask pertinent questions to understand the root cause of the issues and identify the business impact to drive priority and response planDemonstrated skill and experience in process management and process improvementAbility to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter expertsExcellent problem solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills - Lead by example to empower and challenge the team to deliver their bestPreferred Qualifications8+ years of experience in a technical capacity; experience with CRM, Fintech, or Ecommerce platforms is a plus5+ years of experience overseeing teams greater than three membersStrong communicator with the knowledge of how to navigate and speak the language of varying internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated passion for finding a solution to problems and driving innovation cross functionallyHigh level of accountability; results-driven; self-motivated and experienced in achieving business goals & OKRs, especially in ambiguous scenariosExperience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow for service management and development managementHands-on experience troubleshooting full stack applications, web services, and microservicesThe Ideal CandidateExperience overseeing multidisciplinary teamsProject management, technical or business consulting experienceExperience in data analysis to inform key business decisions and action plans#LI-DA1At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
