You will play an active role in defining consulting strategies which maximize a customer’s return on investment and accelerate adoption with current and future Autodesk solutions.ResponsibilitiesManaging multiple consulting projects across a range of customers simultaneouslyEffectively leading and managing internal and external resources to meet project objectivesMaintaining open communication amongst account team and project team members, leading project review meetingsTranslating project objectives and vision into clear goals for the teamManaging team members to achieve project objectivesDefining project resource plans, including internal and contract resources. Managing Autodesk and subcontractor resources during project delivery. Working with sales, legal, product management, customer success team, partners and finance personnel during proposal and contracting and delivery phasesManaging conflict and competition between teams and across organizational lines. Monitoring projects to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters. Supporting revenue recognition processDeveloping and maintaining project plans, schedules, and project control tools utilising standard PM and PSA softwareComplying with internal reporting standards and practices. Performing project plan analysis and evaluating risk and developing risk mitigation plansSupporting sales and business development by writing and/or reviewing proposals, writing scopes of work, and developing delivery estimates and resource requirements for solutionDeveloping strong client and stakeholder relationships and maintaining effective communication channelsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within an IT-related fieldPMP / PMI qualified or equivalentExperience leading a team to achieve project objectives and deliver projects within cost/schedule constraintsAn ability to review and write scopes of work, project-related documentation, and develop and present presentationsExperience in consulting or service delivery to architect and design solutions based on business requirementsA strong sense of ownership with a bias for actionExcellent communication skillsStrong team player#LI-RS1At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
