This is a key position within our SaaS development organization which is set to handle massive data scale and ground-breaking machine learning solutions. Innovyze serves thousands of clients including the largest utilities, Engineering News Record (ENR) design firms, consultancies, and treatment plants around the world.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement complex React frontends and backend microservices on AWSArchitect and implement complex, high volume/ high frequency data loading and transformation processes leveraging state of the art ETL methods and toolsDevelop testable, readable, and effective production quality codeProvide technical guidance and support to colleagues in the design and implementation of solutionsWorking within an agile development team, partner with fellow developers to estimate task durations and deliver timely resultsWork closely with stakeholders to define best in class solutions Minimum QualificationsStrong experience with TypeScript, React, Node and related toolsExperience working with AWS resources, such as Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, EventBridgeGood knowledge of Docker containersExperience working in an Agile environmentUnderstanding of the principles of TDD, CI/CD, DevOps Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experienceGood knowledge of the React ecosystem, such as state management frameworks (Redux preferred), routers, Context API, component driven development and asynchronous operationsKnowledge of NoSQL data modelingWorking experience with IaC tools, such as the Serverless framework, Terraform or CloudFormationKnowledge of software engineering best practices including unit testing and industry standard design patternsKnowledge of git-based source control systems, such as Azure DevOps or GitHub#LI-MM1At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
