This is a remote position with some in office opportunities.In this role, you will establish a value management practice by providing leadership on business value activities that support our customers and internal teams to understand the value from Autodesk solutions and/or support prospects to understand the potential value. You will provide thought leadership around value engineering for the sales and customer success organizations and assist teams in deploying these concepts as part of their account strategy, planning and implementation processes. If this sounds like your thing, read on!ResponsibilitiesDefine program strategy, design, development, and implementation to enable a value management methodology, services, and practiceLead a team of value consultants and engineersEstablish and nurture positive relationships with Leadership across divisionsPartner with sales and customer success enablement to design and deliver business value-related training globallyMonitor and analyze performance of program through evaluations and other quantifiable meansAnalyze program metrics and trends to evaluate success of overall program, anticipate potential issues and implement appropriate remediesMaintain the efficient and effective operation of the program by implementing changes as requiredConduct market, trend, and company research to support insight and directionServe as internal spokesperson for the programBuild and maintain a library of value tools, resources, and methodologies to facilitate adoption and success of value servicesMinimum Qualifications8+ Years relevant program management work experience in customer success, sales, or value consultingExperience with building and/or managing a value practice / value teamSolid business case creation skills with an affinity for quantitative analysisProven track record of building strong and collaborative relationshipsProven ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus buildingExperience working effectively with global / virtual teamsStrategic thinker with demonstrated creative problem-solving skillsHighly motivated, self-driven and passionate about delivering great experiencesStructured and efficient in planning and coordination of projectsStrong written and oral communication skillsThe Ideal CandidateUnderstand the value of collaboration – you’re able to work with a variety of different stakeholders to create alignment and execute around common goalsYou have a customer mindset – you can easily put yourself in the customer’s shoes and represent their point of view back to other team membersCrave creative challenges – you see problems as opportunities to solve. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $136,000 and $220,000. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
