Job Requisition ID #23WD69745Position Overview As a Business Operations Manager, your role is to work with the Marketing team to help align program roll-outs with the engineering and revenue enablement organizations. You will also partner with other Business Operations Managers for other customer segments to reuse similar content to drive efficiencies. In this role you you will help connect the programmatic, data, and enablement programs for marketing programs. You will refine business requirements from marketing and translates them into functional requirements (policies, programs, and procedures) that inform our technical and enablement teams. You will lead multifaceted programs in a matrix world by supplying the overall vision, developing plans, and coordinating teams and resources in their execution and development. This requires engaging key business and technology partners to ensure opportunities, risks, and issues are known and addressed. This a role for someone who can see both the forest and the trees, enjoys collaborating with many different teams, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate for this role will have a deep passion for optimizing GTM motions that deliver excellent customer experiences, understands the value of enterprise architecture, and excels at aligning the organization for success. ResponsibilitiesProven program management experience in a B2B enterprise SaaS / Cloud environmentCuriosity, passion, and a willingness to dive in to get the job done quickly and with precisionProficient in all aspects of managing global programs including policy, process definition, enablement, and implementationAnalytical and data-driven. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $133,100 and $215,380. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
