Ensure every interaction is of the highest quality Manage requests and act as a liaison with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Product, Marketing) Identify and report customer feedback, issues, and bugs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience  Apply technical writing skills in contributing to our knowledge base and other support-related content Provide feedback on developing support processes Take ownership of customer satisfaction in all support interactions Minimum Qualifications English Speaker at a business level German Speaker at a business level 5+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field preferably in a high-tech SaaS industry Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, with excellent presentation and communication skills Have attention to detail with an analytic and technical mindset that helps you meticulously troubleshoot and evaluate issues quickly, efficiently and accurately Are resourceful and not afraid to tackle difficult cases on your own; driven to work hard with minimal supervision Experience with IT, QA, networking, and cloud-based systems  Have basic proficiency with CRMs, ticketing, and issue tracking systems Ability to travel abroad occasionally  Preferred Qualifications (while some of these skills/experiences would be nice to have they are not essential & we are happy to train you in them)BS Degree in Computer Science or similar technical field or equivalent work experienceExperience in spatial design, construction, MEP, or the technology they use— Revit, Navisworks, Rhino, SketchUp Experience with AR/VR or you like playing VR games Previous experience in chat support Familiarity with Service Cloud, Zendesk or other CRM systems Previous experience working remotely or with remote teams #LI-SH1At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
