As a Program Manager, you will lead programs and projects that shape the way we support Autodesk customers throughout their onboarding, usage, and extension of Autodesk Subscriptions. You will need to analyze, prioritize, and communicate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams effectively.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrated program management experience in an enterprise B2B SaaS/Cloud environmentCuriosity, passion, and a proactive attitude to quickly and precisely complete tasksProficient in all aspects of managing global programs, including policy, process definition, enablement, and implementationAnalytical and data-driven with the ability to use business insights to inform and educate others about opportunitiesAble to break down silos and leverage ideas and solutions from across business segmentsHighlight tradeoffs and ensure that employee and customer experience is top of mind when making decisionsWork with GTM teams to use the existing technology stack and operational processes creatively to deliver the desired capabilitiesExcellent communication skills (English) to effectively communicate with audiences of all levels, develop strong stakeholder relationships, and manage expectationsMinimum QualificationsMinimum of 7 years of work experience, preferably with combined exposure to consulting and/or project management in SaaS / Cloud environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present at all levelsProven track record of being able to influence and rally diverse stakeholders using both qualitative and quantitative insightsA willingness to dive into details to drive execution but also zoom out to contextualize specific recommendations/initiatives within the broader company strategyThe ability to multi-task by prioritizing work and coordinating required support across various functions to achieve project goals and objectivesExperience implementing and scaling initiatives across globally dispersed teamsAble to travel as required (less than 25%)#LI-POSTAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
