Job Requisition ID #23WD69218Position Overview The Strategy and Growth Analytics Team creates strategic initiatives, provides market intelligence, and executes data analyses to enable business growth for the Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) portfolio. The team is seeking a talented Analyst to help uncover business insights and drive strategy for leadership, sales, marketing, and customer success. This position is cross-functional and will require collaboration with our market researchers, product analysts, data scientists and data engineers to deliver actionable insights to our stakeholders and customers.  Responsibilities Translate broad business goals into testable hypotheses and actionable recommendations Improve data literacy with project stakeholders and help establish standards for informed decision making Create adoption plans for stakeholders to better utilize internal data tools and help create a data centric organization Visualize data to communicate business performance and impact to stakeholders and leadership Create easy-to-consume dashboards of key metrics; monitor and share insights at a frequent cadence  Serve as an internal consultant for the Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams for all things data and analytics Solve analytical problems that have a direct and considerable impact on Autodesk’s revenue Work with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing You’ll get deep insight into all of our efforts as we seek to shape the future of the construction industry Work will help us design better products, improve user experience, and inform overall business strategy We use a modern data-stack (Snowflake, DBT, Looker, Tableau, Github, etc.) that will allow you to move quickly and learn relevant industry technologies  Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree in analytics related field (i.e. business, analytics, engineering, statistics, math, economics) Experience gathering, sourcing, connecting, and interpreting disparate data. Excellent communication skills with technical, non-technical audiences and executives Strong SQL skills Experience building dashboards in a BI tool (ie, Looker, Tableau) Experience working in a Tech environmentExperience analyzing and driving insights in large datasets   Preferred Qualifications Masters in Business, Economics, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or equivalent experience Experience in SaaS go-to-market motions or software sales Ability to problem-solve and understand key drivers of the business Experience in Python/R  Predictive modeling experience  #LI-POST#LI-KM1Click below to learn more about our benefits in the US.https://benefits.autodesk.com/ At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,100 and $148,500. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
