Job Requisition ID #23WD69730Position OverviewWe are looking for a passionate Inside Sales Representative to join our License Compliance team in the Americas, which is one of the fastest growing organizations in Autodesk. We convert misuse into sustainable growth, empowered by our expert usage of data and analytics, while developing long-term customer relationships.You will be part of a team of high-performing individuals who are responsible for working through a large volume of License Compliance leads and opportunities to vet, drive and closeout. You will drive a high level of customer compliance engagements – whether warning letters or audit activities, ensuring a commercial resolution while retaining customers. Accounts worked will vary across various vertical markets, and you will work closely with Autodesk sales teams (TSR teams), channel partners, legal, and other members of the License Compliance team on compliance matters. You will also be responsible for meeting, exceeding, and forecasting your territory's quarterly and annual License Compliance sales goals.So, if you are looking for an exciting new opportunity as part of a sales team, love technology, compliance and working with customers, we would like to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesWork through a large volume of license compliance leads – speaking with customers to uncover the compliance issues using highly developed anti-piracy telemetry and analytics toolsEnsure customer understands the Intellectual Property or contractual violation at hand, negotiate a resolution and timeline and agree on a commercial closureInitiate warning letters or audit requests with Autodesk customers and leads customers through the audit process, then present audit findings and negotiates the resolutionEngage customers at the CXO level to gain their cooperation and participation in License Compliance warning letter or audit processDemonstrate the ability to deliver unpopular results and messages as well as handle impassioned discussions and negotiations around non-compliance mattersDemonstrate strong knowledge of Autodesk software licensing models, and have basic knowledge of Autodesk products, industry trends, and project delivery methodsAssist Value Added Resellers in providing customer quotes to satisfy compliance purchases, proposals, order forms and product informationMaintain basic knowledge of Autodesk products, competition, and industry trends along with understanding project delivery methodsMinimum Qualifications3+ years relevant experience in Inside Sales, License Compliance, Sales Support, or Maintenance/Service RenewalsNative or Advanced Portuguese kills (C1 minimum required)Excellent English skills (B2 minimum required)Experience and comfort with communication and negotiating at executive level with customers and "non-customers" as a part of the business strategyStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Understanding of software licensing models, license agreements and contractsProficient in all Microsoft Office Products (Excel/Word/PowerPoint, Power BI) and utilizing various CRM tools (i.e., Salesforce.com, Siebel, Clear, etc.)Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in related fieldI.T.
