Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Job Description:- Compile and analyze financial information for the Technology Department- Track OPEX, CAPEX, and monthly billables- Oversee billing for vendor-related services and professional services rendered for clients- Work in close coordination with the company's finance team- Report on forecasted/budgeted vs actual expenses, including integrated analysis of revenueand expenses- Identify trends and analyze given financial data and present them in the executive report- Perform at least one audit per Procurement Specialist on a weekly basis.- Review IT contracts on a weekly basis and forward to Procurement for processing as neededQualifications:1) Bachelor's Degree major in Finance, Accounting or other related business courses2) 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills4) Can work on flexible hours especially night shift5) Preferably with knowledge or experience in using digital office tools and other technologysystems6) Can work on-site in Cagayan de Oro CityWhat we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
