Receives and issue the delivered items from the vendor.
- Tagging of received items prior endorsement to stakeholders
- Maintains record of all accountabilities of each stakeholders.
- Maintain and track asset data including but not limited to warranty, license, and maintenance information for technology service assets.
- Updates information into the ITAM repository and kept up-to-date, accurate, and auditable.
- Performs IT Asset Administrative works for the Company’s development projects and infrastructure.
- Oversees the inventory of all the hardware and software items that the Company acquired.
- Supports other IT processes (documentation, vendor, and compliance management) as well as communication and implementation of ITAM policy.
- Utilized unused\used hardware assets or software licenses to achieve full efficiency.
-Coordinates all reported defective items to the vendors that are still under warranty.
- Coordinates retirement & disposal of assets to Administrative Dept. for PEZA and DENR policies, inventory counts and reconciliation.
