Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:The Leadership Development Auditor will be responsible for monitoring, auditing and evaluating of all coaching logs by supervisors and deliver feedback to operations and the training team for continuous improvement.Job Overview• Deliver required number of audits on a timely manner• Monitor all coaching logs of operations supervisors or team leaders• Creation of reports and analyzing the numbers for trends and common opportunities• Perform side by side sessions with team leaders and provide real time feedback• Participates in calibration sessions• Pinpoint root cause and performance variances• Create action plans and implement new practices• Participates in team meetings, huddles to share coaching trends• Monitor reports and ensure timely resolutionsQualifications• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma/College Undergraduate or a Bachelor's/College Degree• Must have at least 3 years BPO experience• Must have at least 1 year working experience with Quality• Strong English verbal and written communication skills• Strategic in developing solutions and process improvements• Candidate should be amenable to work on Shifting Schedules (Day Shift, Mid Shift, Night Shift)• Applicants must be willing to work in Bacolod• Can start ASAPWhat we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
