Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Payroll AssociateJob Description:In-charge of end to end payroll processing.Consolidate Timekeeping Reports from different departmentsPrepares 2316 of existing and former employeesPrepares payroll reports, journal entries, funding requirements and other needed reports that will be requested by the Finance team.Investigate and resolve payroll queries and accommodate payroll disputes ahead of timePrepares user manual for employee useIn-charge of preparing the remittance files for Government Statutories such as HDMF, PhilHealth, and SSS Remittances and Loans every month.Reconcile YTD income and prepare the Alpha listing report to be submitted to BIR.Prepare Alphalist and liaise with the BIT for submission of Year Tax Annualization related documents.Attend inquiries of the employees regarding Payroll.Conduct payroll orientation for new hiresIdentify and propose solutions for process improvementsAssist with special projects as requested.Qualifications:Has experience processing payroll for a BPO or Shared Services company for at least 1 year.Has an in depth knowledge in manual computation of tax, overtime, night differential, holiday premiums, and/or time-based deduction, etcHas an experience in processing BIR annualizationUnderstands the dependencies that exist within the HR and Finance departmentsMust be updated and knowledgeable with Philippine Payroll regulations and InformationMust be willing to work on night shift schedule and onsite in Eastwood / BGCMust have basic excel skillsFresh graduates are encouraged to applyWhat we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
