Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:As a Revenue Strategy Analyst, you will oversee one of client’s most critical processes - managing the flow of funds, both in and out, from sending money to users in between paydays, all the way to getting paid back by employers on payday. The role will encompass two key areas: process management and data insights, with a focus on revenue reconciliation and revenue forecasting. This is a high visibility role, working directly with the COO on a daily basis.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with a team of revenue analysts to manage the revenue strategy lifecycle, from disbursing funds to users all the way to collecting repayments from employers and corresponding reconciliationProvide daily revenue reconciliation efforts, ensuring that all money coming in and out of client’s bank accounts it accounted forDevelop revenue forecasts, allowing client to better manage its flow of funds and determine if and when it needs to raise more equity or debt capitalProvide key inputs to our debt facility team, enabling them to make critical decisions based on real-time forecasts of our cash positionsDrive daily accountability with our Operations team, ensuring on-time and accurate repayment from employer clientsSchedule all inbound repayment effortsSkills:Experience communicating financial information in a simple, relatable way to partners and executives, in order influence outcomesExperience with P&L management, budgeting, forecasting and analysisExcellent in Excel - can build complex spreadsheets, especially for purposes of conducting financial modelingProficiency in Accounting and general GAAP knowledgeExperience with financial forecasting and reporting tools such as Anaplan and LookerImpeccable analytical skills and unparalleled attention to detailAbility to communicate concisely and influence outcomesQualifications3+ years of experience in FP&A at a leading tech company and/or Investment Banking experiencePassion for the fintech industryPreferably CPAWhat we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
