Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:-Mentor and develop a team of AM’s through regular performance evaluations where development objectives are discussed and feedback/goals/help needed is shared. -Continued education efforts-Assist AM’s with client and effort prioritization, management, communication, the resolution of client concerns and program deviances, the identification of value-add projects (at the Ops, AM and BT level) and opportunities to increase revenue.  -Oversee revenue forecasting vs actuals and help to maximize growth opportunities-Act as an escalation point for clients and AM’s in terms of help needed-Assist in Sales efforts, including RFP responses, client servicing info and meetings-Help to identify and develop marketing materials (case studies, etc)-Help push for internal and external help needed-Ensure AM understanding of the :U brand, internal department happenings, internal tools/resources to leverage, etc-Develop and track bonus programs-Assign appropriate resources to programs/partners-Be familiar with client industry trends and events-Replicate best practices from other accounts, operations, AM’s, etc-Ensure a strong, regular relationship with senior-level client management.
