Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Responsibilities Be a driver of growthHelp to identify and promote organic growthAssist in Sales efforts, including RFP responsesHelp Ubiquity to climb the value chain with our partnersAct as an escalation point to diffuse any real or potential partner frictionRegularly communicate vital client information to internal stakeholdersPrioritizationOpportunities for growthShort and long-term planning/initiativesOversee revenue forecastingAssist in continued development of department infrastructureSupport and develop a team of Associate Directors/DirectorsDevelopment of internal measurements of successCreate and maintain internal communication tools (i.e., reporting packages)Requirements:Demonstrated leadership skills - 10 years+ experience in an executive leadership roleAbility to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with partners and team membersMust possess a positive, solution-oriented personalityAbility to identify and address professional development needs and knowledge gapsImpeccable organizational and prioritization skillsStrong business acumen and focus on performance excellenceDemonstrates strong problem-solving skills and sound judgmentAbility to recommend operational best practices and support process improvement ideationHigh level of energy and resourcefulness, and ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
