Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:The B2B Sales Trainer will be responsible for establishing, designing, delivering, and ongoing enhancement of our sales competence playbook to all new and existing sales team members globally. The B2B Sales Trainer will work in conjunction with sales and marketing leadership as well as outside research to develop a curriculum encompassing sales technology, selling soft skills, industry knowledge, and objection handling. Following UA standards, the B2B Sales Trainer will track and measure training success, report them to stakeholders, and implement improvements. Roles and Responsibilities: • Design and develop training programs and courses based on Ubiquity standards and goals Collaborate with leaders to assess training effectivity, implement agreed upon changes and improvements as needed Conduct training sessions for both new and experienced members of the Sales Team, expect courses that belong to the following aspects: BPO and Sales industry Internal Ubiquity Sales curriculum Technology and systems Maintain training data and reports essential to improving the program Advocate the adherence to Ubiquity's branding and integrity as the team builds relationships with prospective and existing clients Keep stakeholders informed of all training related activities Manage content profiles and administer requests, update and terminate non-relevant information. Meet all standards in respect and confidentiality of material. Requirements At least 2 year experience in a trainer role Sales training experience in the BPO or similar environment preferredKnowledge of sales tools like Hubspot, SalesLoft is an advantage Adept at analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of training programsExcellent written and verbal communication skills Must be familiar with Google Suite and Microsoft applications Proficient with training tools and technologies such as WorkDay, other LMS systems, virtual training platforms, etc. Strong experience in developing course materials and creating content that adheres to adult learning principles and design Must be a team player with time management skills Must be willing to work on-site and at home Must be amenable to work on graveyard shifts What we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
