Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Job DutiesIdentify and communicate key client deliverables and program needs within UbiquityAttend client-facing touchpoints and reviews Add value to client partnership by working with Operations to drive the businessProvide support to Client Relationship Manager (main Ubiquity POC) within Ubiquity to ensure client priorities are addressed. Assist in creation of meaningful business reviews and documenting take-away items with task owners. Is not required to present during BRs but should readily support if needed Provide Client Relationship Manager background information (reporting, project status updates, etc)  needed for regular and strategic touchpointsEnsure contractual obligations are met (SLA’s, terms, pricing, invoicing, etc)Provide agendas, meeting minutes, and debrief sessions as neededRing the alarm when help is needed internallyManage and maintain client/program documentationConduct agent focus group discussions when neededMaintain business continuity planCommunicate internally, in support of Client Relationship Manager, any questions or next steps to drive client businessFacilitate logistics for client site visitsAid with report creation, based on stated needs of Client Relationship ManagerAssists in client visit preparation and activitiesHelps follow up on pending action items and client requestsReports directly under Senior Account ManagerRequirements:Must be a regular employeeMust have at least 3 months of tenure in their current role and departmentMust have basic understanding of metric reporting/trendingKnowledgeable in MS Suite and Google SuiteStrong written and verbal communication skillsWhat we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
