Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Position Summary:Senior Training Managers manage the operational and fiscal activities of the Learning and Development department.Develop and lead the teamUtilize systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the Learning and Development departmentOversee all aspects of the delivery of trainingWork daily to improve processes and performance that enhance bottom line resultsWork closely with business partners and clients to resolve all training related issuesImprove efficiency and accuracy of training process; create and implement processimprovementsManage the staff in accordance with company policies, procedures, and client metricsAccountable for training department attrition, including trainers, agents, and overallproject attritionResponsible for team engagement, leadership, performance management, coaching and talent developmentAdhere to the Company’s key performance objectives, indicators, metrics, and ratiosensuring maximum team performanceCreate and maintain a positive work environmentKey Performance Objectives:Achieve 100% of training goals, including but not limited to Leadership Development trainingsManage day-to-day operations and deliverablesImprove the key success metrics associated with training goals.
