Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:The People Insight & Analytics Senior Specialist is responsible for the production of a wide range of reports, analyses, and visual dashboard that provides strategic analysis and services to Ubiquity’s People Team. This position serves as a transformation conduit to proactively identify trends within our businessResponsibilitiesWill serve as primary liaison to the day to day management and delivery of extractable and recurring reports to other departments. Ad-hoc report tester and troubleshooter prior to deployment in production. Particularly, payroll related and high impacting workday reports to the organization. Or any report housekeeping tasks directed by the supervisor.Document business and functional requirements for dashboards & reportsExtract data from different HCM systems and write programming codes and or formulasRequired to clean, sanitize and transform data to visualize the resulting datasetsEnsure that deliverables are produced on time and error-freeTranslate business needs into reusable data shapes that generate actionable insights through professional reporting formats (presentation or written)Identify issues, concerns, on people, process and technology levelsDisseminate results of analysis to appropriate departments and be available to support follow up projectsRequirementsMinimum of 2 -3 years of relevant working experience.Proven ability to create/set up data visualizations that are both compelling and insightful using Google Data studio or Power BI are required.Functional knowledge in creation of Workday reports & dashboards. Ability to create calculated fields and describe its functional use cases are preferred but not required.Advanced Excel & Google Sheets knowledge are required. Well-developed root-cause analytical skills with the ability to configure and troubleshoot issues and defectsAbility to manage confidential and sensitive employee informationFocus on quality and customer serviceExcellent collaborator and a team playerStrong verbal and written communication skillsSelf-starter, self-educating and self-motivated with an insatiable curiosityManage personal tasks & workload with ability to prioritize and multitaskAbility to work across multiple time zones, as required by the global nature of this role.
