Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential new customers who manage customer experience, customer service, or call centers for some of the best companies in the world.To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas as well as using tools to research and find new leads to support your sales objectives. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, collaborating with Ubiquity Account Executives from first contact to first meeting, until the deal is closed. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth while expanding your sales skill set with regular training and weekly 1:1 development and coaching sessions.Job DescriptionCustomize messages, tailor outreach, make calls, socially connect and collaborate with the marketing team and sales leadership to try new approaches every single day at volume.Resolve routine problems and act as the first point of escalation for BDRs. Elevate issues or questions to Manager, as necessaryMake recommendations to BDR Manager regarding plans for improvementHelp participate in the recruiting process by interviewing and making hiring recommendationsHelp prepare and document training sessions, sales techniques, processes, etc.Assist in Reporting and Process improvementsIdentify ways to streamline workflow, improve process or procedures, and present plans to BDR Manager for input and approvalQualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunitiesPresent Ubiquity to potential clientsIdentify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products/servicesCustomize product solutions to increase customer satisfactionBuild long-term trusting relationships with clientsProactively seek new business opportunities in the marketSet up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and the Ubiquity Company sales teamReport to the Business Development Manager on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales resultsAlign with marketing on messaging, targeting and specific campaignsStay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plansBe accountable in delivering on aggressive but achievable metrics for qualified, booked meetings Requirements:Proven work Experience as a Business Development Representative, Account Executive, or similar roleHands-on Experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls, emails and social media outreach)Track record of achieving sales quotasExperience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot)Experience with modern sales automation systems like SalesLoft, Outreach or Reply.io a bonusFamiliarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)Understanding of sales performance metricsExcellent and fully fluent English written and verbal communication and negotiation skillsAbility to deliver engaging presentationsDegree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or relevant field a bonusWhat we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
